All of Algeco Offsite Solutions permanent modular structures are designed to meet or exceed traditional build standards. Factory-controlled production processes and quality control means our offsite construction delivers consistently high standards of product quality. All backed by a range of guarantees and warranties.

Standard Guarantees and Warranties

60-year Design Life: Algeco Offsite Solutions modular buildings are designed to last 60 years or longer. This has been verified by independent structural engineering consultants.

25-year Structural Warranty: Includes the structural integrity of external walls, floor, roof and structural columns. 

5-year Product Warranty: Covers the external fabric of the building, floor deck, external cladding finish, window frames and glazing, external door frame, finish and external glazing, building fascia and roof finish. 

12-months Parts Warranty: Parts that aren’t already included in the Structural or Product warranties enjoy a 12 months warranty. In the unlikely event that a fault develops with your building in its first 12 months, we’ll repair or replace the faulty component free of charge.

Flexible aftercare packages

In addition to the standard guarantees and warranties offered by Algeco Affinity, flexible maintenance and aftercare packages are available. Project-specific extended warranties may also be available. The validity of all warranties is subject to buildings being maintained in accordance with the Algeco Affinity Operations and Maintenance Manual.
