How to reset your water boiler
If your water boiler is not working correctly, there are a few simple checks you can carry out before requesting support. Most issues are linked to power supply, water flow, or a safety cut-out that can be reset quickly.
Common problems:
- No hot water
- Water not hot enough
- Low water flow
- Water coming from the vent pipe.

Please note: Only take action if it is safe to do so.
- Check the water supply is turned on.
- Ensure the isolator valve is fully open.
- Check the fused spur is switched on and the fuse is in place.
- If the water supply and power are on but the unit is still not working, a fault may need further inspection.
