How to get your lights working again
If your unit lights are not turning on, the issue is usually caused by the PIR motion sensor, timer settings, or power supply. In most cases, it can be fixed in a few simple steps without needing an engineer.
Watch the video on the right for a step-by-step guide on how to get your lights working again.
Please note: Only take action if it is safe to do so.
1. Check the sensor switch on the wall near the doorway or corner post.
2. Remove the PIR sensor cover by twisting it.
3. Check the dials are set correctly (day/night and timer).
4. Make sure the main power switch is turned on.
5. Replace the cover carefully.
6. If the power is on and the switch is set correctly, the light should work.
7. Test your lights. Walk in front of the sensor to trigger the motion detection. The light should activate within a few seconds.
